Star Mansion Sales Office

Golden A' Design Award Winner 2021

Zeajoy Cultural Communication Co., Ltd's Star Mansion Sales Office deploys a sophisticated symbolic vocabulary wherein the undulating striped envelope functions as a visual metaphor for electromagnetic waves, cosmic radiation, and the invisible energies that connect terrestrial existence to celestial realms, establishing an archetypal threshold space between the known world of everyday commerce and the aspirational realm of future possibility. The curvilinear geometry flowing from ceiling to wall dissolves conventional architectural boundaries, symbolically suggesting the transcendence of limitations and the fluid nature of transformation that property acquisition represents in cultural imagination as passage from one life chapter to another. The violet-purple chromatic dominance carries rich symbolic associations across traditions: in Western contexts suggesting royalty, luxury, and spiritual aspiration; in chromatic psychology evoking creativity, imagination, and the liminal space between waking consciousness and dream. The celestial imagery integrated into the media display reinforces cosmological symbolism, positioning visitors within a narrative of reaching toward stars, aspiring beyond current circumstances, and connecting personal domestic ambitions to universal human drives toward expansion and elevation. The golden figurative sculpture introduces classical humanist iconography, grounding cosmic abstraction in human scale and bodily presence, while the bronze reception counter employs the warmth of copper alloys traditionally associated with Venus and aesthetic refinement. The checkered floor pattern recalls both game boards suggesting strategic navigation and medieval symbolic floors representing the duality of existence, its diagonal orientation accelerating perceived movement through space. The brass pendant spheres evoke planetary bodies and atomic models, reinforcing themes of cosmic order operating at multiple scales. The overall spatial allegory suggests a contemporary temple of aspiration wherein the mundane act of property viewing becomes ritualized as transformative journey from present circumstance toward imagined futures of elevated dwelling.

The primary attributes of the space are still there. The moving line is immersive and coherent from the reception area, sand table area to the negotiation area, but it has dramatically increased the possibility of five senses. Different from the traditional sales center, the design creates one space after another by deconstructing. The texture and perception are not consistent with each other, but the temperament is not separated, which makes people immersed in it with no time to escape.
