Aedas's tower embodies profound architectural symbolism through its helical formal language, which has served across cultures as a universal sign of growth, evolution, and ascending consciousness—from ancient spiral staircases symbolizing spiritual ascent to DNA's double helix representing life's fundamental structure. The converging vertical fins may evoke traditional bamboo imagery, carrying associations of resilience, flexibility, and continuous upward aspiration that resonate deeply within regional cultural frameworks while speaking to universal human experiences of growth and achievement. The bifurcated crown suggests classical gateway symbolism, where paired vertical elements frame passage between earthly and celestial realms, a motif appearing from ancient temple pylons to contemporary ceremonial architecture marking thresholds of significance. The reflective glass curtain wall functions as a material metaphor for transparency and openness, dissolving the boundary between interior function and exterior environment while creating surfaces that mirror sky and cloud, suggesting the building's integration with natural phenomena rather than opposition to them. The tower's emergence from a flowing podium base recalls archetypal mountain symbolism, where sacred peaks rise from earthly foundations to pierce heavenly realms, positioning the structure within timeless narratives of human aspiration toward transcendence. The spiral geometry itself carries numerological significance through its suggestion of the golden ratio and Fibonacci sequences, mathematical relationships historically associated with divine proportion and natural harmony. The predominantly cool chromatic register of blues and silvers carries associations with clarity, wisdom, and technological advancement, while warm reflected highlights suggest prosperity and vitality. Compositionally, the tower's central positioning and commanding scale establish it as an axis mundi figure, the symbolic world center around which surrounding development organizes itself in respectful dialogue.

The project is located in Hengqin CBD Island and classified as mix-used land, including office, conference, exhibition, apartment and retail. All functions are planned as a whole to forge it into a landmark.
Inspired by "Kowloon map", the project has a unique and spiral shape rising from the ground to the sky to express speed, power, and vitality. In order to achieve such elegant form, state-of-the-art digital techniques are used to rationalize the complex shape and achieve cost control. The project is the combination of traditional Chinese totem and contemporary architecture development.
