Smart Design Expo - Marzena Michalska's spatial composition encodes a sophisticated vocabulary of symbolic meanings through its deliberate orchestration of color, form, and architectural gesture that positions the visitor as participant in a carefully choreographed brand narrative. The dominant coral pink carries associations of nurture, warmth, and intimate domestic comfort, aligning with the bathing products' promise of personal sanctuary and bodily care while distinguishing the space from typical commercial environments through its bold chromatic commitment. The central portal with its curved LED-defined threshold functions as an archetypal gateway symbol, inviting passage from the ordinary world of the exhibition hall into a curated realm of elevated aesthetic experience, the curve suggesting organic naturalism within the geometric architectural frame. The pure white of the displayed vessels carries traditional associations of purity, cleanliness, and renewal appropriate to bathing rituals across cultures, while their sculptural treatment elevates functional objects into contemplative forms worthy of aesthetic attention. The spherical illuminated globes participate in a symbolic vocabulary of perfection, wholeness, and celestial reference, their pure geometry creating dialogue with the organic curves of the vessels and suggesting the reconciliation of ideal form with practical function. The fluted column in burgundy introduces a classical architectural reference while its vertical emphasis creates grounding within the horizontal sweep of the pink volumes, the deep wine tone suggesting maturity, sophistication, and earthly substance that anchors the floating pink environment. The reflective floor creates a doubling effect that suggests infinite extension and the dissolution of boundaries between real and reflected worlds, a traditional symbol of contemplation and self-reflection appropriate to the intimate nature of bathing spaces. The overall spatial organization moves from darkness into light, from the black void of the surrounding hall into the warm illuminated enclosure, encoding a journey from ordinary commercial space into extraordinary aesthetic experience.
The idea of the stand refers to the Mineral Composite technology, the material from which the client's products are made of. Mineral Composite is a combination of dolomite and flexible resin. The Dolomites have formed about 250 million years ago as a result of volcanic activity. Then, under pressure and high temperature, the limestone layers turned into dolomite. Designers focused on dolomite because the rock that was formed millions of years ago is transforming into a beautiful and functional product and it is amazing to see the power of nature.
