Wu Zhigang's architectural composition activates profound symbolic resonance through its deployment of ascending geometry and celestial aperture, encoding aspirational narratives about human knowledge-seeking and technological transcendence within spatial experience, the geodesic dome functions as a contemporary mandala structure, its tessellated triangular framework echoing sacred geometry traditions where the circle represents cosmic wholeness and divine perfection while the triangle embodies dynamic energy and trinitarian completeness, light penetrating through this geometric filter suggests illumination both literal and metaphorical, the ancient association of enlightenment with rays descending from above finding modern expression through structural means, the folded white planes cascading through space evoke archetypal imagery of unfurling, revelation, and emergence, their origami-like presence suggesting paper as traditional knowledge vessel transformed into architectural scale, whiteness throughout carries accumulated symbolic weight signifying purity, potential, clarity, and the blank page awaiting inscription, the cylindrical columns reference classical architectural grammar where the column symbolizes strength, support, and the axis mundi connecting earthly and heavenly realms, vermillion accents introduce chromatic symbolism associated across cultures with vitality, courage, and auspicious beginnings, appropriate for spaces dedicated to innovation and discovery, the ascending staircase embodies universal archetypal imagery of progression, elevation, and the journey toward higher understanding, its prominence within the composition emphasizing that knowledge acquisition requires active participation and vertical aspiration, spatial hierarchy established through scale relationships positions human figures as both humble before the magnitude of accumulated knowledge and central to its purpose, the overall symbolic program suggests a contemporary temple dedicated to technological understanding where visitors undertake secular pilgrimage toward enlightenment through encounter with innovation

The project is an important venue for disseminating scientific knowledge and stimulating innovative thinking. Various technical measures have been adopted in the interior design, including the atrium and east tower space, to meet the design functional requirements, achieve display effects, and create a good visiting experience. It is a technical study on the implementation process of internal deepening design, analyzing the key technologies, advanced processes, and new materials involved to achieve a good social display effect.
