Sungkyun Bae's animated composition operates within a sophisticated symbolic vocabulary that speaks to archetypal themes of initiation, mentorship, and the transmission of value across generations. The child figure's dinosaur costume functions as a protective totem, invoking ancient power and primordial strength while simultaneously signaling the imaginative capacity of youth—the creature that once dominated the earth now domesticated into playful headwear, suggesting how children transform fearsome concepts into sources of comfort and identity. The golden object clutched protectively against the child's body carries unmistakable associations with treasure, worth, and that which merits safeguarding, perhaps referencing the titular coin as both material object and metaphorical repository of value—lessons learned, promises kept, or trust established between generations. The elderly gentleman's rotund form balanced upon impossibly thin legs creates visual wit while symbolically suggesting accumulated wisdom and experience resting upon perhaps fragile foundations, requiring the walking stick as both practical support and symbol of authority and journey. His top hat and formal attire encode respectability and traditional values, while the warm rose-burgundy palette softens any suggestion of severity, indicating benevolence. The candy machine positioned at the composition's edge represents temptation and small pleasures, the colorful spheres within suggesting life's varied offerings available through simple exchange. The low viewing angle positions the audience as fellow children, looking up at a world of adults and commerce and possibility, reinforcing themes of aspiration and discovery that animation as a medium so frequently celebrates through its capacity to render the ordinary as wonderous.

A boy drops a coin into the sewer. A rich man finds such a boy and approaches. A wealthy man who knows the situation puts out expensive gold bullion instead of a coin to the boy. Realizing that the reason people conflict with each other is the difference in values, this animation expresses the difference in values that each person has.
